Technology is infiltrating our lives in many ways, some good, some bad. Occasionally I see something that is awesome. Westminster council have a launched a system called SAT LAV with the marketing campaign &#8216;caught short in Westminster&#8217; where you can text them to find out where your nearest toilet is, you simply text &#8216;toilet&#8217; to 80097. And it works!
